We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right next to the mini train that takes you to the falls. We loved the hot spring bath in our room, and the western breakfast was generous. The staff was extremely helpful and used phone translation to communicate with us when needed.

Loved the hot spring bath in the room and the generously large western breakfast offered during my christmas stay. the location was also great as it was conveniently located near a mini train that went to a popular waterfall attraction.
They were way too soft and did not give any support for my head and neck.

We were initially attracted to this hotel's convenient location, as it was near a local attraction and transportation. the hot spring bath in the room was a great advantage, and the western breakfast served each morning was quite substantial. the staff was very friendly and helpful, even though they did not speak fluent English. our room was clean and had a good size bathroom.

Location was great - near a mini-train to a waterfall. had a hot spring bath in the room.
Unfortunately didn't enjoy our romantic escape as much as we hoped. Pillows were too soft and uncomfortable.
